Register your company with Bitfinex Securities. Prepare offering materials prospectus with required accompanying documentation and contact your listing analyst.
Participate
If accepted, launch your capital raise.
Provide details
Provide us with all the relevant details of the capital raise: period during which the tokens will be offered for sale, any soft cap, and max amount.
Prepare tokens
Prepare tokens to be distributed after the capital raise event.
Your capital raise
If successful, receive the proceeds of the capital raise.
Quarterly updates
Continue to provide updated financial statements on a quarterly basis as required.
